CONDITIONS OF TRASPORT


Our rates do not include any tolls abroad, charges for ferries and tunnels, car parks, complementary entrance fees in the city when required.

The driver will meet guests with the sign indicating the name of the customer or the company:

  • At the airport: exit passengers in the arrivals hall after customs
  • The railway station to the place agreed with the reservations department
  • At the port: on the dock where passengers disembark and expected
  • In the city: the place indicated by the booking office

Each passenger may carry with him one luggage and one hand bags, any excess baggage (eg ski equipment) must be declared at the time of booking, to ensure that the car is not suitable for such transportation.

It is the discretion of the drivers, the cars load bulky items not stated or excess luggage or that do not meet the conditions for safe transport. (Suitcases broken, dirty, wet, etc.)

During trasport is forbidden :

  • smoking during transport
  • throwing objects from the vehicle is stationary and in motion
  • deface, defile or damage to the vehicle
  • claim that the carriage is made in violation of safety rules and behavior established by the current Highway Code.

 

PAYMENT

1. By Credit Card, be provided in the confirmation of the services:

  • the number of credit card
  • the expiry date
  • the full name of the holder thereof,
  • the security code on the back of the paper is to guarantee payment for the authorization

2. Direct payment in cash to driver, required deposit of 20% by credit card on our web site

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The customer can make the cancellation by sending an e-mail.

The cancellation of the car rental service with driver or complementary services, are accepted without penalty up to 24 hours before serving.

Cancellations within 24 hours before the start of the service will be charged a penalty equal to 50% of the service. Cancellation more than 12 hours before the service 100% penalty.

Any request for changes to reservations already confirmed (as Variation, daylight vehicle, route, duration) must be submitted to the booking center which will verify the possibility to make the requested change.
